Evaluating Your Drive
Once we receive your online data loss evaluation form, you will be contacted within 24 hours via email or fax with whether or not we can be of service as well as an estimate on how much it will cost to recover your data.

At Speedy PC Solutions we have a “No Data No Cost” policy. Please read the Terms and Conditions for any exceptions to this policy. A minimal diagnostic fee will be charged if hard drive is not in condition as stated on evaluation form or should you decide after Speedy receives your drive that you no longer wish to have us recover your data. Shipping charges are additional and are the sole responsibility of the media owner and do not fall under the guidelines of the “No Data No Cost” guarantee.

Recovering Your Data
Once an evaluation is done and we receive your approval to proceed, your hard drive will be "cloned" (The integrity of your data is never placed in jeopardy as all recovery procedures are performed on an exact sector by sector duplicate of your original drive) and re-queued for the actual recovery procedures. If you have requested expedited service, your hard drive or other media will be evaluated and then your media source will circumvent the recovery queue & become "next in line" for recovery.

Data Security
Keeping your data secure is a very high priority for us. We are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement if necessary. However, with or without an agreement, we treat your data with the utmost security and privacy.

Returning Your Data
If your media source is repairable, and in our opinion will stay repaired, we will return your data on your repaired media source. If it is determined that your media is not salvageable, we can return your recovered data in a variety of ways, including copying it to a new hard drive (additional fee), writeable CD, or DVD.
Upon completion of your recovery, we will keep a copy of your data for one week to ensure its successful re-installation. You must contact us with in 7 calendar days in order to ensure that your data has been restored and all is well. Once re-installation is complete and/or you contact us, your data will be purged from our storage system.
